General Hotel Policies and Rules
Check out time is 12 noon. Check in time is 1 pm. All guests must register at reception at time of check in. Visitors not registered at the hotel's front desk are not allowed in the hotel room at any time.
If there are any extra persons in the room, hotel guest is responsible for paying additional cost.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform front desk 24 hours in advance.
If you have any valuables (jewelry, money, laptops, passports, tickets, etc.) please use our security box.
Hotel Maxima is not held responsible for any personal property lost or damaged.
Smoking is permitted anywhere you want.
The playing of musical instruments, loud radios, TV's or loud parties is prohibited after 10.pm.
Other than in the kitchen facilities , no cooking is allowed in the rooms or on balconies. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be paid for by the guest.
The management reserves the right to terminate the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated. In such case, no refund will be given, and you will be liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.
Pets are allowed in rooms with permission first.

To guarantee you hotel reservation, we require a deposit. The deposit will be credited to your final hotel bill when checking out.
Gathering and Use of Information:
If you have joined our mailing list. We may occasionally send you information or promotional materials concerning Hotel Maxima. You will never receive more than one piece of mail in any given month.
